They are now looking to recruit a Customer Account Coordinator on a 6-months Fixed Term Contract; this is an exciting role as the organization is going through a major transformation. You will be responsible for managing the liaison with customers for issues related to Logistics. The right candidate would have previous experience in customer service, the ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. 1. Manage operational liaising with customers for issues related to Logistics (orders, shipment, returns, and freight).
2. Process software licenses.
3. Work in line with DOA and written processes.
4. Able to issue financial documentation (credits/debits) by relevant processes.
5. Co-ordinate the processing of reverse logistic requests.
6. Handling complaints/discrepancies promptly for customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure accurate orders are received and processed as expected, all adhering to the company's legal requirements.
