Shift Pattern:
This role is 5 days per week, and you will be working on:
1. Monday 10:00 – 19:00
2. Tuesday 10:00 – 19:00
3. Friday 10:00 – 19:00
4. Saturday 09:00 – 18:00
5. Sunday 10:00 – 17:00
Job Purpose:
As a Sony TV/AV Sales Promoter, you will be the face of Sony within retail stores, engaging customers and driving sales of Sony home entertainment products. Your role is to create an outstanding customer experience, demonstrating Sony’s innovative technology and ensuring customers find the perfect home entertainment solution to suit their needs.Key Responsibilities
6. Sales & Customer Engagement
7. Approach and engage customers, understanding their needs and rmending the perfect Sony products for them.
8. Deliverpelling product demonstrations to showcase Sony’s cutting-edge technology, such as OLED, Mini LED, ATMOS Soundbars and the BRAVIA THEATRE U.
9. Maximise sellout by converting customer interest into purchases.
10. Store & Brand Representation
11. Maintain high store standards, ensuring Sony products are well maintained and visually appealing.
12. Build strong relationships with store staff and support with training, to increase Sony’s demonstration rate.
13. Always represent Sony professionally and enthusiastically.
14. Training & Reporting
15. Stay up to date with the latest Sony TV technology, features, andpetitor products.
16. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
17. Provide feedback on sales performance, customer insights, and promotional activity.
Essential
18. Proven experience within a customer service environment
19. Excellentmunication
20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
21. Previous retail sales experience
22. Basic understanding of retail sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics
