You will work closely with the Building Services Manager on maintaining, repairing, and installing various building systems. As a Building Services Technician, working as part of a small friendly team you will be responsible for all routine maintenance, checks, inspections of electrical and mechanical systems, maintaining accurate records, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults.
* Reliable and punctual attitude
* Attention to detail
* Good Electrical experience is required (minimum of 18th Edition) or City & Guilds/NVQ or other relevant qualifications (depending on your specialism one of these is essential the other is desirable)
* Knowledge of BMS systems
* Computer literate
* Ability to play an active role in the company's emergency procedures
* Commitment to providing high standards of customer care
* Team player
* Able to work unsupervised
