Class 2 Multidrop Driver

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
We're looking for Class 2 Drivers to join us at our site in Motherwell. These roles are temp to perm for the ideal candidates. We have a mixture of start times and days available; you will typically work between 10-12-hour shifts.
Please note: To work with this client, a driving assessment (theory and practical) must be passed.
What you'll do on a typical shift:
1. Multidrop deliveries between customer sites & other depots
2. Safely operate your vehicle adhering to business standards.
3. In the absence of a customer forklift driver, you will need to use pallet truck & tail lift to unload pallets off trailer.
4. Complete relevant paperwork using a handheld scanner.
5. Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness, ensure the load is secured correctly and compliance with VOSA.
What you need to succeed with our client:
6. Must have a multidrop experience!
7. HGV2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
8. No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
9. ADR preferred but is not a necessity.
10. A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
11. Multidrop delivery experience.
12. Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.
