Housekeeping Team Member
Location: Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6BU
Shifts: Full-time hours per week and a range of Part Time Hours (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay: £12.21 per hour

The Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to make our homes clean, welcoming, and safe places to live. You don’t need prior housekeeping experience— we’ll provide all the training and support you need. If you’re kind, caring, and compassionate, and love to bring a smile to others, we’d love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
* Keeping all areas of the home clean, tidy, and fresh according to our cleaning schedules
* Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and public areas meet cleanliness standards
* Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, polishers, and shampooers safely
* Keeping storage and utility rooms clean and well‑organised
* Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors
* Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and curtains
* Dusting and polishing furniture and equipment
* Washing windows, woodwork, doors, and sills
* Maintaining hygiene in toilets, baths, sinks, and hand basins
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support.
