Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of customer care to patients, their relatives, and staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proactively collect, investigate, verify, and record high-quality patient demographic and treatment data.
Accurately and promptly enter data into the computerised patient information system to ensure proper funding, compliance with NHS targets, and minimization of clinical risks.
