You will advise on change management strategies while ensuring the harmonisation of policies, practices, and digital HR systems. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-impact HR solutions. What you will need Proven experience in employee relations and industrial relations, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and industrial relations frameworks. Experience in HR digital transformation projects or Time & Attendance systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
