About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students with a range of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist in a variety of subjects across the secondary curriculum
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and specialist staff
* Promote independence, emotional well-being, and academic progress
* Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans

About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:

* Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn
* Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential
