Based from our Ascot office, our UK Lettings business are looking to recruit a Head of Lettings to be responsible for the profitable management of the office and the wider Lettings team in Ascot.

We are looking for a self-starter who has experience working in the Ascot or Berkshire area. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record leading market appraisals and be competent at building a lettings business.

Responsibilities:
1. Obtain instructions within agreed guidelines to achieve agreed business targets.
2. Take responsibility for all outstanding monies in relation to client business.
3. Responsible to lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve their KPI’s.
4. Maintain a high profile in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients.
5. Formulate business strategies with the Sub-Divisional Head for the development of the district/sector and implement them positively.
6. Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in carrying out business.
7. Understand the business and have a sound business knowledge together with a keen awareness of the competition.
8. Research accurately and present this information in writing to a highly professional standard.
9. Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
10. Accept responsibility for delegated management tasks.
Career Experience Required:
11. 5 years + experience in a similar managerial role
12. Local knowledge of the Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, and surrounding areas is advantageous .
