Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Exeter. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing daily support requests. Additional tasks include documenting issues and solutions, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a high standard of customer support.
