As a Global CoE Senior Specialist in the SAP Access Management Center of Excellence (CoE), you will report to the SAP Access Management CoE Business – Head and serve as a key process and operational expert, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to Lonza's SAP environments. This role connects people, process & technology, with responsibility to manage stakeholder relationships, communicate authorization concepts across a wide user-base, progress key deliverables and offer insight into strategic improvement. Supporting both the CoE Head in process design, governance and ad-hoc project support and the Specialists in issue resolution, knowledge development, and customer care.

What you will do:
* Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Access Management from a business side, covering role governance, role maintenance, SoD, and risk mitigation.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level business support for escalated access issues and service requests across multiple SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC).
* Conduct in-depth role reviews, SoD analysis, remediation, and redesign activities.
* Ensure documentation of best practices, technical procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), End-User work instructions, and ensuring these are understood across the end-user community.

o Propose and implement automation or efficiency improvements in access management processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, internal audit, and business units to support secure role and access provisioning.
* Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing access logs, evidence, and reports.
What we are looking for:
* 3-5 years of experience in SAP access management, authorizations, or risk management (SoD)
* Proficient in SAP user/role administration and GRC Access Control modules
* Experience with SoD analysis and remediation strategies
* Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
* Ability to guide, coach, and support junior team members
* Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
* Ideally will have hands-on experience with SAP GRC, Fiori, S/4HANA Access Management (Implementation, User Access projects)
