The role demands expertise in operating with high budgets, app growth strategies, particularly through channels like Facebook, Google, Tiktok, ASO/ASA and through web2web funnels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for health and well-being, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.Responsibilities:User Acquisition strategy and executionStrategically manage and scale user acquisition initiatives, within our W2W and App in the B2C USA/Tier1 markets.Allocate 30% of your time to hands-on campaign management and 70% to team management and strategyDeveloping and managing the UA budget and modelling media marketing mixResearch and implement innovative acquisition channelsImplementing transparent UA reporting at the company levelData-driven approach to ad creative testsMarTech/ AdTechImplementing MarTech solutions, tooling and automatization to increase UA campaigns efficiency (attribution logic, conversions API, optimization events, onelinks, automatization tools)UA team managementDirectly management a team of 3 UA Managers and hiring new membersCoordinating external contractors and agenciesCollaboration with Growth teamAlign UA efforts in improving shared Growth team KPIsSync UA efforts with growth strategy and experimentsEffective communication with other teams (Growth, Product, SMM, ASO, Creative, Finance)We expect that you have:Domain ExpertiseDeep understanding of marketing and user acquisition first principlesAt least five years of experience in user acquisition, with a focus on the health and fitness sectorDemonstrated expertise in managing a variety of paid channels (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter etc), strategies (including influencer and affiliate marketing) and funnels (web2web, web2app, iOS/Android, SKAD), handling over $10 million in annual ad spendManagement SkillsExperienced in leading a team of 3-5 user acquisition managers and coordinating with contractorsProven track record in developing team processes, systems, and establishing effective work routinesSkilled in recruitment processes and making tough decisions regarding staffing changesStrong Analytical SkillsHistory of leveraging analytics for optimizing campaigns performance and process developmentProven capability in implementing comprehensive UA reporting at the organizational levelAbility to analyze beyond Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) metrics to positively influence Lifetime Value (LTV) and product metrics using UA toolsNetworking and Communication SkillsProficient in building and maintaining professional relationships with other departments (Growth, Product, Analytics, SMM, Creative, Finance)Effective communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishAutonomy and InitiativeTakes responsibility for outcomes, demonstrating accountability and ownershipDisplays resilience and composure under stress, maintaining a calm and steady approach in high-pressure situationsWhy work with usA rare opportunity to launch a new big thing from scratch, not just continue some predecessors' work.The co-founders have vast experience and accomplishments in the industry.
