Room Leader – Baby Room £31,200 per annum | 40 hours per week across 5 days An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Room Leader to join a warm and welcoming nursery with a true home-from-home feel. This nurturing setting takes a unique approach to early years education, blending the EYFS framework with influences from Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies to create a rich, child-centred learning environment. With a strong focus on curiosity, independence, and emotional wellbeing, the nursery provides children with the best possible start in life. Holding a Good Ofsted rating, the nursery is committed to maintaining high standards of care and education while creating a supportive and positive environment for both children and staff.
