Requirements
Must have:
- IT Business Partner experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer sectors - Knowledge of Retail Systems and/or Ecommerce platforms - Expertise in D2C processes & Customer Journey optimisation - Experience with Retail SAP S4/HANA and POS Retail Store systems - Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty platforms - Understanding of Master Data Management through Retail & Ecommerce systems & PIM - Proven delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives - Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness - Strategic mindset and emotional intelligence - Collaborative approach to teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Retail & eCommerce operations - Align technology initiatives with business priorities - Drive continuous improvement across the customer journey - Own the D2C Applications landscape across Retail & Digital channels - Lead cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement - Manage vendors and coordinate with international IT teams - Support and optimise IT Systems across Retail & eCommerce operations - Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline aligned with business strategy - Prioritise initiatives and influence investment planning - Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders - Build trusted partnerships across Retail, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance - Translate business strategy into technology capability roadmaps - Lead workshops to identify improvement and innovation opportunities - Drive Automation, Integration, and Process simplification - Own end-to-end D2C Application landscape - Develop Capability Roadmaps aligned to Enterprise Architecture - Identify opportunities leveraging AI, Automation, and Analytics - Oversee Incident Management and root cause resolution - Ensure vendor performance and SLA delivery - Maintain IT System stability and performance
