We are looking for a Female Support Worker at our service in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting individuals on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence
* Maintaining high levels of support tailored to service needs
* Providing personal care as required
* Engaging enthusiastically with individuals about their interests and preferences
* Working within a residential setting with adults who may have learning disabilities and/or complex needs
* Participating in an on-call system once a week after probation
* Shifts will be one 12-hour day shift and one 12-hour night shift per week
