<div><p>We are looking for someone to work in our busy Slot Administration team in Haematology & Oncology. The role will involve:</p><ul><li>Co-ordinating a professional, efficient and effective appointment booking service to patients and visitors in accordance with Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust policies and standards</li><li>Setting up and altering clinics as required and coordinating room availability when requested</li><li>Maximise all available outpatient capacity in an appropriate way, escalating concerns to the Admin Line Manager and Admin Service Manager</li></ul><h3>About the Role</h3><p>For more information on the Job Description and Responsibilities please click the link below.</p><h3>More detail about the role</h3><ul><li>The successful candidate will have exceptional administration and organisational skills. This role will keep you both challenged and busy, ensuring clinic slots are filled appropriately and that clinic reviews are in line with Patient Treatment Schedules</li><li>You will work closely with Consultants, Nursing staff and the wider Administration team. Candidates will be required to demonstrate empathy and compassion when dealing with distressed patients and relatives</li><li>You must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, an ability to use your own initiative and be able to work well under pressure.
