Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Premises Security: Acting as the primary key holder, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises according to the school schedule. Maintenance & Repair: Performing minor routine repairs (e.g., plumbing, joinery, decoration) and conducting regular site safety checks. Grounds & Cleaning Oversight: Maintaining external areas and supervising external cleaning contractors to ensure hygiene standards are met.
