Finance Assistant

This is a varied role which will give exposure to all elements of the accounts department. Working as part of the accounts team the role will help ensure the smooth running of the accounts function within the business.
Key Tasks:
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Assisting in the preparation of Sales invoices
* Checking and querying Purchase invoices
* Coding and entering Purchase invoices
* Dealing with day-to-day supplier and client queries
* Contacting and liaising with suppliers
* Data entry and invoice validation
* Preparing monthly management reports
* Various admin duties to support the finance function
* Additional ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required
The successful candidate will:
