The role Sentio Inclusive Ltd is looking for dedicated and compassionate Counsellors to join an organisation in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting children and young people in their personal growth and development. As a Counsellor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, while also providing guidance and support throughout their journey. We have part time and full time posts available. Part time positions are 22.5 hours per week, across 3 days. Full time positions are 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalised care plans for children and young people. You will provide one-on-one counselling sessions, offering support, guidance, and resources to clients facing various challenges. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
