Job Description Role: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Our rapidly growing digital marketing client based in Edwalton, Nottingham are looking to hire a sales manager. As their sales manager, you will drive new business growth, safeguard client quality, and lead the sales function to ensure our client is positioned as a premium, ROI-driven partner. Sales Manager Key Responsibilities New Business Development Deliver 5–7 new sales per month through inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting. Run qualification calls to ensure only quality-fit clients are onboarded. Deliver persuasive sales conversations positioning Full Scale Digital as a premium provider. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Booking Assistant Performance Ensure the Booking Assistant department consistently achieves agreed lead-to-appointment conversion rates. Monitor individual BA performance and provide coaching/support where necessary. Ensure monthly appointment volume targets are delivered across all clients. Client & Team Management Work with Client Services to set clear client expectations during onboarding. Support the Account Manager in retention and renewal conversations. Act as first point of escalation for client-facing commercial issues (pricing, upsells, renewals). Lead and develop sales/account management team members to achieve consistent performance.
