The Role
We’re looking for a curious, culturally switched-on Midweight Designer to join our brand team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to extend. You’ll be an all-round creative who’s as comfortable concepting bold visual identities as you are translating them across social, merch, and IRL activations.
You’ll be integral to the development of brave, ownable work for our clients,with a chance to shape brands from the ground up, craft campaigns that cut through, and bring award-winning ideas to life across every touchpoint.
Who You Are
A visual storyteller with 3+ years of agency or studio experience.
Obsessed with culture, plugged into what’s next, and driven to make work that moves people.
Confident working from concept to execution,from sketching out brand ideas to polishing final assets.
A multi-disciplinary thinker who sees the big picture and sweats the details.
Collaborative by nature but happy to take the lead on design decisions.
Hungry to grow and shape the creative department alongside a tight-knit team.
What You’ll Do
Develop brand identities, decks, campaigns and toolkits for entertainment-first and entertainment-adjacent clients.
Design across multiple formats: from static to motion, digital to physical,with a focus on brand expression, social content, merchandise and live experiences.
Contribute to creative thinking across pitches, brainstorms, and workshops.
Help uphold and push the visual standards of the agency.
Work closely with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, producers, and creative directors to make work that earns attention.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working on brand activations or experiential campaigns
An eye for typography, layout and emerging design trends
Contract Terms
6-month freelance contract, with view to extend
Hybrid working (London-based) 4 days a week in office, WFH Fridays.
