A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated procurement professional to join a leading organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is designed for someone looking to build on their existing procurement expertise, gain exposure to a wide variety of indirect categories, and develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery of business-critical procurement projects, using Power BI and data insights to inform smarter decisions and deliver greater value. With access to experienced senior colleagues, this is a chance to develop category knowledge, enhance stakeholder engagement skills, and contribute to a function that is central to the company’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of indirect procurement projects across a range of categories, including IT, FM, and professional services
* Use Power BI to analyse procurement data and present insights that shape strategy and decision-making
* Contribute to sourcing, tendering, and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with procurement best practice
* Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and support effective procurement solutions
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive value and innovation
Candidate Profile
* A growing track record in procurement, ideally across indirect categories
* Strong analytical skills, with confidence in using Power BI to support decision-making
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support colleagues at different levels
* A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset, with the ambition to progress and develop in a structured procurement career path
