Role Description
The Sales Consultant (Hybrid) role is responsible for engaging with clients, advising them on property investment opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and conducting consultations to address individual client needs.
⚠️ This role is commission-based and commission-only. There is no fixed salary; earnings are directly tied to individual sales performance. (effective to around £3,000 per deal)
Qualifications
* Proficiency in sales consulting and advisory roles to effectively guide clients through property investment decisions
* Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and persuasive interaction with clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
* Prior experience in property investment or real estate is a plus
* Knowledge of the UK and Emirates property markets is advantageous
