What You’ll Do


o Coordinate and support the response to cyber security incidents
o Chair incident calls and brief colleagues during stand-up meetings
o Produce meeting minutes and incident status reports
o Track and progress incident actions
o Continually update our digital incident management application
o Engage with stakeholders to get to the root cause of incidents
o Contribute to post incident reviews while highlighting lessons learned and improvements
o Proactively suggest improvements that will support One Tech Team
o Contribute towards incident management reporting including written reports and KPIs
o Provide 24/7 on-call support on rotation
Who You Are

o The Spirit of Vodafone

o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
o Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving
o Cultural sensitivity and social flexibility in a global corporate environment
o A keen interest in cyber security with a desire to learn more
Nice to have

o Knowledge of security controls and incident response capabilities
o A basic understanding of the SANS 6 Steps for incident management
o Experience of working within a global and multi-cultural company
o An ability to work under pressure in fast paced environments

What's In It For You

* Discretionary yearly bonus: 5%
* Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
* Charity days: 5 days/year
* Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
* Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid
* Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%

* Additional discounts: Vodafone retail, gym, cinema, cycle to work, season ticket loan
