Overview
We\'re looking for a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Construction team based in Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time graduate development opportunity on a structured two-year programme, leading to a Digital Construction Coordinator role on completion.
Location: Glasgow, with flexibility to travel/relocate across the region. Starting date: September 2026. Starting salary: £30,000 per annum, with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility. Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What you will be responsible for
You will work within the Construction team supporting digitally enabled projects across varying sectors. The role focuses on enabling the use of tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in-use, ensuring information management processes across projects align with industry/Kier standards and client requirements. You will report progress and highlight risks to the project team and/or your line manager to support accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.
* Support the digital construction team in educating and raising awareness of our digital deliverables on projects
* Develop technical skills related to model viewing and federation software to review graphical information, assist with clash detection and issue management
* Develop technical skills to review model data related to client information requirements
* Support the delivery of BIM and digital training to internal colleagues and external consultants/subcontractors
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure project deliverables are maintained in line with the BIM Execution Plan

What we are looking for
We are seeking graduates due in 2026, or recent graduates within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
