£42,178.50 – £55,419 per annum (pro rata) + discretionary bonus

⭐ About you
You’re an experienced and passionate early years leader who thrives on inspiring others.
* ✅ Level 3 (or above) early years qualification (DfE approved)
* ✅ Proven experience managing a large nursery setting
* ✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS and delivering outstanding practice
* ✅ A natural coach and mentor, developing high-performing teams
* ✅ A strong advocate for safeguarding and wellbeing
* ✅ Commercially aware, working closely with senior leaders to deliver on occupancy, financial, and retention targets
