Vacancy - Trade Counter Sales Assistant - CCTV
Location - NW Birmingham

Salary - Up to circa £34K + bonuses (negotiable)
Rhodium Consulting is working with a successful and growing lighting and electrical distributor to recruit a branch assistant with sales experience in the CCTV sector.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Serving customers as the trade counter
• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations
• Managing customer terms and processing purchase orders
• Following up on leads and quotations
• Using internal systems for orders, enquiries, picking notes, and back orders
• Warehouse work where required
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in telephone / trade counter sales with CCTV product knowledge
• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• A genuine team player with a desire to get the job done
