Senior Support Worker Days at Plas Cae Crwn
Salary: £13.34 per hour increasing to £14.04 from 1st April
Hours: 42 hour contract
Shift Times: 07:45 - 20:15

Responsibilities
* Join a team fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we care for and deliver the highest standard of care to our service users.
* Use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.
* Build strong relationships with service users, their family and friends, health care professionals, and keep your Line Manager up to speed with residents' needs and progress.
* Follow guidelines and policies, write up care plans, and communicate effectively in writing.
* Be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people.
Qualifications
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and good with people.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
