Scheduler / Administrator Southport | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Full-time, Permanent Blakewater Recruitment are working with a well-established Fire & Security company based in Southport who are looking to recruit a Scheduler / Administrator to join their friendly team. Job Responsibilities * Schedule jobs for engineers and manage diaries * Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and engineers * Enter and update data on company databases * Provide customer service and general office support * Assist with wider administration tasks as required Skills & Experience (Essential) * Previous experience in scheduling or planning work * Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to work as part of a small team * Excellent communication and time management skills What’s on Offer * Full-time, permanent role in a supportive office environment * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (no evenings or weekends) Starting Salary £25,396.80 If you have proven scheduling or planning experience and are looking for a long-term role within a friendly and growing business, we’d love to hear from you
