The Role
As part of a team of six reporting to the Sales Operations Manager in Sweden, you will support our sales teams across Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia. In this role, you’ll act as a crucial link between our customers, partners, and internal departments.
You will not only support sales activities but also engage directly with existing customers ensuring smooth processes, clear communication, and excellent service.
What You’ll Do
Your daily work will be varied and dynamic. Typical tasks include:
* Managing incoming inquiries and booking/holding meetings with customers
* Preparing quotes and reviewing contracts
* Ensuring accurate data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Supporting sales negotiations and participating in meetings
* Creating new contracts and assisting with quotes (partners & internal teams)
* Driving additional sales with existing customers (software solutions & license upgrades)
* Your primary tools will be MS Dynamics CRM, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, and Word. Confidence in using the Office suite and handling customer communication—both written and spoken—is essential.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
* Some years of B2B sales or sales support experience
* Solid understanding of sales processes and license sales (Microsoft license sales preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (a strong plus)
* Fluency in English (spoken & written)
* A proactive and confident approach—you’re not afraid to take initiative
