We are assisting a high regarded offshore law firm that is seeking additional Associates to join its Private Client and Trusts disputes team in Jersey. The role involves advising on international trust and private wealth litigation, working with financial institutions, fiduciaries and high net worth individuals. The successful applicant will support partners and senior lawyers across the lifecycle of contentious matters, from initial instruction through to resolution. This includes drafting advice and pleadings, conducting legal research, and assisting with case strategy while maintaining direct exposure to clients and cross-border work.
