Responsibilities
* Lead and coach Market Managers and Associate Market Managers.
* Manage key accounts and local hotel chain relationships in the assigned area.
* Coach direct reports, enhancing team productivity through skills development.
* Support the planning and execution of internal business initiatives.
* Provide input to senior management on process efficiency solutions.
* Build and sustain strong partner relationships via consulting services.
* Analyze data to optimize hotel performance and marketplace positioning.
* Represent Expedia locally, building the brand with industry influencers.
* Promote Expedia’s full suite of products and educate partners on tools.
* Execute overall market business plans to meet strategic objectives.
* Maintain team morale and collaborate across internal functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
* 5–8 years of experience in hotel partnerships, account management, or related field.
* 20–30% travel for market visits.
* Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
* Excellent communication, pitching, and influencing abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to coach teams and drive high‑ results.
* English proficiency; other language skills may be required.
