Shift patterns: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to coordinate daily logistics requirements. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
Responsibilities:
* Assist management by monitoring and reporting on warehousing activities and performance in your area.
* Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring deadlines are met safely and standards maintained.
* Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications and Skills:
We welcome candidates with the following experience, but encourage all to apply:
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience in logistics.
* Knowledge of supply chain practices.
* Experience in preparing and distributing volume orders.
* Proficiency with logistics software and computer literacy.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with leadership abilities.
A recognized qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a plus.
