What will you be doing?
As a FPGA engineer, you will join out Team in Hereford to support our activities within the Space sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Design and develop FPGA architectures using VHDL/Verilog.
* Implement and test FPGA designs in simulation and on hardware.
* Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA solutions into larger systems.
* Work on mid to large- sized designs with multiple code authors in a cloud CI environments.
* Document design processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
* Experience specialising in VHDL and very high-speed design (signal processing)
* Background in network protocols, communications systems engineering, and digital signal processing
* Experience implementing FPGA-based network equipment, ideally with SoC FPGAs like Zynq or Cyclone device families.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
