A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located in the Feltham, Middlesex area. They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their recent success has lead to further growth for the business. Duties include: * Processing quotations for customers * Dealing with queries coming into the business regarding products and pricing * Co-ordinating orders with the warehouse team * Chasing delivery details * Filing paperwork * Ensuring an excellent level of service is consistently provided * Dealing with customers and supplier enquiries on the phone and by email * General administration duties * You will need to have a proven track record within an office-based customer service administration environment with strong attention to detail. * You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner and experience of dealing with customers over the phone. Good Microsoft office skills are a prerequisite although training will be provided on products and software systems.
