Key Responsibilities
1. Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Private Client department
2. Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and wills
3. Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
4. Handling client enquiries with professionalism and discretion
5. Diary management, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings
6. Audio typing and general administrative duties
Requirements
7. Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Private Client Legal Secretary
8. Strong administrative and organisational skills
9. Excellent typing and communication abilities
10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
11. A professional and client-focused approach
