* At least 6 months relevant experience in the past few years.
Vision for Education's Huddersfield specialist SEND department is recruiting a Young Offenders Support Worker to work specifically 1:1 with a student who presents Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties within a school setting. The student may display challenging behaviors, so we seek a highly positive, adaptable support worker to assist daily. This role is based within a school setting.
The Role:
This position involves working in a specialist school for students no longer in mainstream education.
Requirements:
* Ability to adapt to various situations.
* A genuine desire to be part of a committed school team.
* Team Teach training or willingness to attend the free training provided by Vision.
* Experience working with SEN students in the past 3 years.
