We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to head up a small but growing team and drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in the production of composite and polymer materials.

As Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will:
* Lead and mentor a small but growing high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team.
* Optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Influence New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to manufacture.
* Apply APQP methodologies and lead PFMEA activities within a structured quality system.
* Implement lean manufacturing techniques and introduce new technologies.
* Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality standards.
Your background as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:
* Experience in a similar manufacturing engineering / production engineering / process engineering role.
* Experience leading, mentoring, and organising Engineers working in manufacturing engineering / production engineering focussed roles.
* Strong background in APQP, PFMEA, and quality systems.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
* A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
