Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring optimal use of resources to maintain both financial and social returns. We are recruiting a permanent Resident Services Coordinator.
More About Your Role
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will handle tasks such as lettings, managing the customer journey, and organizing events. Your daily responsibilities include conducting apartment lettings, following up on inquiries, converting leads, and researching local market rents and competitor services. Providing high-quality customer service to residents and ensuring a concierge service is available are also key responsibilities.
This position is based 5 days a week on site, from 8 am to 8 pm, with work scheduled between Monday and Saturday. A basic DBS check is required to ensure a safe working environment.
More About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role. Skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel), excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement are essential. Experience in event management is a plus but not mandatory.
