The Role As a key member of the Conveyancing Department, youll manage a profitable caseload while delivering exceptional service to a loyal and expanding client base. Youll also provide support to the Head of Conveyancing, contributing to the continued success and development of the department.
Key Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Deliver a high level of professional service to clients at all times
Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory and firm standards
Manage workloads effectively to meet financial and time targets
Support colleagues and assist with client matters across the wider team to ensure continuity of service
Engage in marketing and networking activities to raise the profile of the firm and department
About You Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
Solid experience in residential conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge with excellent client-care skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently
Keen to contribute to a growing and collaborative team environment
