Account Manager (Experienced / Ready for Senior Step)

📍 Location: Anywhere in the UK (100% Remote) - preference is outside of London

đź’Ľ Company: Flavor Sampling

đź’° Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience & situation (ÂŁ28k-ÂŁ35k currently budgeted)

📆 Start: January 2026 (handover from mid-January)

Flavor is an independent marketing agency specialising in Product Sampling.

We work with leading FMCG brands (food, drink, beauty, household) in the UK, Europe and North America to deliver integrated, insight-led sampling campaigns across the UK and beyond.


We are 100% remote, operate with a high degree of trust and autonomy, and are building a team that will ultimately run the agency long-term.


This role is not suited to people who want office-based structure or heavy process. It is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, ownership and problem-solving.

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to strengthen our Client Services team.

This is a step-up role for someone who is:

* Already confident at Account Manager level
* Ready to grow into a Senior Account Manager role in the near future
* Comfortable leading live campaigns and client relationships with minimal oversight


You’ll have the opportunity to lead on some of our most important client relationships (including Peroni, Mars, Nerds and more) while also managing a wider portfolio of accounts and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

* Day-to-day ownership of client relationships, with Peroni 0.0% as a flagship account
* Acting as the main point of contact across planning, live delivery and reporting
* Building strong, trusted relationships that drive repeat and expanded activity

Campaign & Project Management

* Leading integrated sampling campaigns across multiple channels
* Proactively solving issues during live campaigns (not escalating everything)
* Managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and internal coordination
* Producing clear, structured campaign documentation and reporting

Growth & Opportunity

* Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance or expand scope
* Supporting client growth through smart, commercially aware recommendations
* Working closely with the Account Director to free up senior time strategically

Internal Contribution

* Supporting junior team members where appropriate
* Helping evolve internal ways of working as the business scales
* Taking ownership of areas that improve how Flavor operates overall
* Proactively adding value every day to make a great team even greater!

Who This Role Is For

We’ve found our strongest hires often come from:

* POS, print, production, experiential, events or direct agencies
* In-store marketing, field sales, warehousing or operational roles
* FMCG-adjacent environments rather than traditional London agencies


What matters most is how you work, not where you’ve worked.

You’ll likely succeed here if you are:

* Highly organised and calm under pressure
* Comfortable working fully remotely
* A natural relationship-builder
* Confident making decisions during live campaigns
* Ambitious and keen to progress to Senior AM level


Experience We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services or Project Management
* Strong client-facing communication skills
* Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
* Comfort working remotely with autonomy
* FMCG, food, drink or experiential exposure is a plus (not essential)
