Are you a compassionate and experienced Supported Living Manager looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference in peoples' lives?
We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our supported living service at Vale House in Stoke on Trent, providing support to individuals with complex health needs, and learning disabilities.

Your Role and Impact
Inspiring Leadership

* Support individuals to access community resources, build relationships, and achieve personal milestones.
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure the service fully complies with sector regulations and best practice standards.
* Maintain accurate records, oversee safeguarding processes, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ensure the service has transparent and robust policies in place.
Collaboration & Advocacy
* Work in partnership with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to provide holistic support.
* Promote inclusion, equality, and the rights of adults to make informed choices about their lives.
* Represent the service with warmth and professionalism in all external communications and meetings.
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
* Experience managing a supported living or residential care service for individuals with autism, sensory impairments, learning and physical disabilities.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, and person-centred care principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a passion for making a lasting difference.
* Confidence managing rotas and operational processes.
Desirable
* Familiarity with the local health and social care landscape in the local area.
