Lapwing is a specialist therapeutic education provider and charity, working with young people facing exclusion from education, employment and the community through social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities. Lapwing delivers a broad range of highly personalised education programmes and projects that are designed to meet the needs of and help realise the aspirations of each young person.
We are recruiting a SEND Administrator to provide administrative support covering the processes and documentation related to our student programmes and in doing so directly support our programme management team and SLT.
This role will suit someone with strong communication, administration and organisation skills who is good at prioritising work, co-ordinating meetings and preparing and reviewing documentation. To be successful in this role, you will have good literacy, attention to detail, IT and scheduling skills.
This is an office-based position situated in Martlesham Heath.
