Experience for this Mental Health Solicitor role:
* Minimum of 3 years solid experience in Mental Health and have attained their Mental Health Scheme Accreditation
* Strong advocacy experience
* Representing clients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983
* Representing clients in managers' hearings and renewal meetings in Primary Care Trusts
* Undertaking own advocacy at Tribunals and County Courts
* Making applications in respect of relative displacement
* Advising clients on consent issues
* Bringing Judicial Review proceedings
* Analysing and evaluating psychiatric reports and social circumstances reports
* Court of Protection applications
* Community treatment orders
Qualifications for this Mental Health Solicitor vacancy:
* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years experience in Mental Health
* Mental Health Scheme Accreditation
