A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Mechanical Project Manager from an M&E / Building Services Mechanical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success in 2026.
Location
Candidates sought MUST be based in the West Sussex area or commutable to Chichester.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing & distribution, food production, automotive and a variety of manufactured goods.
* Organise and work with specialist mechanical related engineers and main contractors.
* Lead site based teams including Site Managers, Supervisors and mechanical installation engineers while working alongside a Senior Project Manager.
* Conduct client-facing meetings with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Experience on projects up to £25M+ (considering lower budget projects with strong experience).
* Background in M&E / Building Services with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level.
* Commercially minded and mechanically biased.
* Ability to work with main contractors and specialist engineers.
