Inside IR35 | SC Clearance Required
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester with strong Provar expertise to support automated and manual testing across Salesforce platforms. This role is suited to someone who is confident designing scalable automation frameworks, collaborating in Agile teams, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, secure releases. Active SC clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Development
Design, build, and maintain Provar automation test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations
Develop scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Provar best practices
Automate regression, functional, and end‑to‑end test suites to increase delivery efficiency
Test Planning & Execution
Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create test scenarios
Execute automated and manual tests as needed to ensure high‑quality delivery
Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and defect reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and Salesforce Admins to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
Participate fully in Agile sprint ceremonies
Ensure test coverage, traceability and adherence to QA standards
Continuous Improvement
Review test results and provide insights to drive improvements
Optimise test automation pipelines for speed and reliability
Support CI/CD integration using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab or similar tools
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with Provar for Salesforce automation
Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning etc.)
Experience with Selenium is beneficial
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to design and maintain automation workflows, test data and test suites
Quality & Process Skills
Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies
Ability to produce comprehensive test plans, scenarios and traceability matrices
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Clear communication skills and confident collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
Understanding of enterprise‑level integration testing
Education & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Typically 3+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years using Provar
