We have an exciting opportunity to join Lubricants team in The Wales area covering from Chester north Wales down to Gloucestershire as a Business Development Manager. This is a fixed term 6 month contract position working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Business Development Manager at Certas Energy, you will maximise the commercial sales opportunities and customer experience, using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up / cross selling, and new customer acquisition. You will need to use a combination of account management and negotiation skills to increase margin across your customer portfolio. Working in a quality-focussed environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction, and effective communication.
* Maintaining existing portfolio to identify and develop organic growth.
* Proactively contacting customers / manage leads supplied by key suppliers.
* Targeting new business through pro-active contact of Energy Solutions customer base. “Fuel cross-sell”
* Manage pipeline to ensure all opportunities are up to date live and real.
* Undertake monthly reviews with line manager on business area progress v target
* Quarterly deep dive with Business Unit Head/ Line Manager.
Are you a Certas Energy BusinessDevelopment Manager? We are looking for:
