Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. Your responsibilities include providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic, high-quality service.
About You
HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and familiarity with the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home is essential. You should possess positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a natural mentor capable of managing time effectively and maintaining meaningful records. Your communication with residents and colleagues should be considerate and kind.
You should value kindness, which is fundamental to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Our staff understand that residents are individuals with their own stories, and joining HC-One offers a chance to give back to those residents.
Safeguarding
