Contract Details
* Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)
* Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)
* Location: Cambridge (Hybrid – twice per month on-site)
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Translate employer brand identity into visually compelling assets across digital and print.
* Design and optimise creative for talent attraction campaigns (social, display, video ads).
* Develop Canva templates for scalable, on-brand content creation.
* Create event collateral and branded merchandise for internal and external events.
* Craft high-impact presentations for leadership and brand showcases.
* Collaborate with Talent and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, cross-channel creative.
* Manage multiple design projects, balancing creativity with deadlines.
Key Requirements
* Experience in design, ideally in employer branding or talent marketing.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and campaign work.
* Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
* Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides for polished presentations.
* Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise deliverables.
* Previous experience in IT/technology is desired.
