Poolhall Recruitment – the UK’s trusted name in Textile and Upholstery Personnel – is working with a leading automotive interiors specialist who is on the lookout for a Trimming Manager to take the wheel and lead their skilled workshop team in Leiston, Suffolk.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day:
*
Manage the trimming side of the business
*
Set the bar for quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship
*
Get hands-on with trimming, template making, and bespoke interior work
*
Keep documentation shipshape – ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
*
Read and interpret upholstery patterns, blueprints, and technical drawings
*
Work with premium materials: leather, vinyl, Alcantara, and more
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workshop environment
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
*
Automotive trimming experience – essential
*
Skilled in interior restoration and upholstery for new & classic cars
*
Time-served upholsterer/trimmer with hands-on expertise
*
Comfortable with tools of the trade – scissors, shears, cutting tables
*
Leadership or supervisory experience a bonus
*
Knowledge of a wide range of car interior materials

💰 Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
